IXIS LLC is a data strategy, analytics and technology supplier focused on bringing togetherqualitative and quantitative data solutions to provide our clients with an interactive experienceand integrated strategy. IXIS leverages the Atlas Analytics and Data Socialization platform toenable high value insights and effective discourse around business performance and outcomes.This privacy policy explains the personal data IXIS (“IXIS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses andstores when an individual (“you” or “your”) uses our products and services or accesses ourwebsite. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we willfrom time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices oradopt new privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or linkable to an individual is “personal data,” such as data that directly identifies you (like your name or email address) and data that can reasonably be used to identify you (like your IP address). AggregatedData (described and defined below) is considered non personal data for the purposes of thisPrivacy Policy.

As is true of most other websites, IXIS’s website (https://www.ixisdigital.com) collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of IXIS’s website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.
IXIS has a legitimate interest in understanding how members, customers and potential customers use its website. This assists IXIS with providing more relevant products and services, with communicating value to our sponsors and corporate members, and with providing appropriate staffing to meet member and customer needs.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us for customer support, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and any attachments you send to us, and any other information you choose to provide. We may also receive your Slack username and other information when you request assistance through our Slack channel.
Use of the Atlas Platform
As is true of most other applications, IXIS’ Atlas platform collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP)addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the product. We use this information to help us design our product to better suit our users’ needs.We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying user preferences.

By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address through the IXIS website or theIXIS Atlas Platform, you expressly consent to receive informational and transactional message sat the mobile phone number and/or email address provided to IXIS. Standard per minute call and message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of receiving these messages at anytime.
Sharing information with third parties
The information IXIS collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, IXIS engages third parties to send information to you, including information about our products, services, and events.
We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-IXIS persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) it’s in connection with IXIS-hosted and IXIS co-sponsored conferences as described above; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (5) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (6) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may also gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information (“Aggregated Data”) to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
The IXIS website connects with third party services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others. If you choose to share information from the IXIS website through these services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. If you are a member of a third party service, the aforementioned connections may allow that service to connect your visit to our site to your personal data.
Transferring personal data to the U.S.
IXIS has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using IXIS’s Atlas platform and services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States.
Depending on the circumstance, IXIS also collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data with consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of IXIS in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. IXIS endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with IXIS and the practices described in this PrivacyStatement. IXIS also enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors whenever feasible and appropriate.

Data Subject rights
You can make choices about our collection and use of your personal information. You can control your personal data that IXIS obtains, and exercise your data protection rights, by contacting IXIS or using various tools we provide. For example, you can:
Use the “unsubscribe” links contained in our email messages to stop receiving product or promotional offers from us via email
• Disable push notifications sent to your mobile device to communicate with about the IXIS services via the applicable settings at your discretion
• Prevent the IXIS website from obtaining your location by disabling location services on your device. However, doing so means you may not be able to use the IXIS website

Data storage and retention
Your data is stored by IXIS on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services IXIS engages, located in the United States. IXIS retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with IXIS and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for IXIS’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with IXIS’s services. IXIS retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from IXIS systems. All data that IXIS controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
